Works: Trees
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
Fell 4 London Plane trees and grind out stumps. The trees have all been pollarded regularly throughout the years so are not prime specimens. I feel the trees are not in a suitable location due to being very close to an outbuilding and surrounding houses. I have recommended felling of the 4 trees and replanting a Magnolia and some form of fruit tree, either a pear or crab apple in a more suitable location.
