Reason - 2 have died (the 5th tree fell into the neighbouring garden last month) 2 remaining trees have very little leaf on the pollard re-growth and extensive decay at the base. Once the trees are removed natural re-generation will be encouraged along the bank of the ditch (Ash, Elm and Hawthorn)
