Cedar - Fell Tree is close to the house and boundary fences. It is approx. 11m in height and therefore poses a threat to the property, which is causing us great concern. The tree has NO amenity value as it cannot be viewed from any public areas (i.e. the road ??? Common Lane). Note the land behind the property (Hemingford Meadow) is a large privately-owned field with no public right of way.
