26 Chestnut Close Sawtry Huntingdon PE28 5RA

Withdrawn Huntingdonshire 19/00838/TREE Works to Protected Tree

Works: Trees Domestic

Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register

Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.

Proposal

Horse Chestnut - recommended works - fell/pollard, due to various included unions throughout crown, and close proximity to dwelling. Also various invasive rot pockets around previous pruning cuts, along with likely rot in buttress roots, hammer test reveals some unsound wood. Low amenity value. Health and safety issue for young children at the property, unable to play in the small garden, due to conkers falling from the crown.
