Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Black Walnut (previously pollarded) ~ Due to recent limb shed and position adjacent to playground, reduce large decayed lower limb growing towards path by 4.5 metres back to secondary union and reduce limb emanating from that union by 3.5 metres to alleciate end weight on both. T2 Lime (pushing old wall over) ~ Reduce height by 3.0 metres and raise crown to 3.5 metres all round.
