T1 Yew: reduce hard by approx. 2m. The tree has been pruned several times however is becoming too large for the garden. The proposed work would reduce the tree to approximately the same size as a matching Yew in the neighbouring garden T2 Cherry in front garden: reduce by 1 - 1.2m to maintain at suitable size for the location T3 Liquidambar in front garden: reduce by 1.2 - 1.5m to maintain at suitable size for the location

T1 Holm Oak - crown lift to 3m over garden and reduce 2m laterally on eastern and southern sides to clear rear of garage and neighbouring gardens. Remove major dead wood throughout crown. The tree has a spreading form, and whilst in sufficient space in it's own garden, reaches approximately 6-7 metres over gardens to the south, which is approx 40% of the total space in these gardens, and 4-5 metres over gardens to the east. The tree is also touching the garage of No.63 and needs to clear the building to prevent damage, and hangs low over the garden of No.63, which impedes access.
