Crown lift by removing low branches to 5 metres. Cut back overhanging branches to adjacent property by up to 2 metres. Sympathetically reduce extended lateral branches to southeast limb by up to 4 metres to reduce loading and balance asymmetric crown. Remove major deadwood >40mm Carry out climbing inspection of decay pockets at crown break and around 4m and 6 metres on central stem and provide evidence photo's.
