Works to tree within TPO 377. T29 Sessile Oak. (Quercus petraea). Remove previously abrading limb high in crown to the south approximately 23 centimetres in diameter. Reduce low sinuous limb to the northwest - back to large sucker growth just beyond kink in limb at approximately 4.5 metres from trunk. Installing three x Cobra type cable braces to support heavy lateral limbs.
