Remove major deadwood T2 Acacia. Crown lift to 5.2m. Cut back lateral branches overhanging property by up to 4 metres. Cut back upper crown overhang to building by up to 2.5 metres forming a natural crown shape (as marked photos provided by Tree Officer). Remove major deadwood.
