Non material amendments following planning permission 01508/1-4/P7 dated 23/03/2020 to the changes highlighted and annotated on the below drawings, however in summary we have undertaken the following: 1 - clarified the locations of the opaque panels, 2 - shown very minor increases in lift overrun height generally, which is required to comply with the updated BS EN 81-20 regulations, 3 - shown the location of required Dry Riser inlets to some elevations, 4 - minor adjustment to the Block A2 and B2 private amenity 7th floor roof terraces (railings adjusted slightly to accommodate life safety equipment to adjacent parapets; usable terrace area in sqm remains the same as previously approved), 5 - minor increase to balcony balustrade heights to West (Railway) Elevation; this is a Network Rail requirement for balconies facing the track, 6 - minor adjustments to elevations including removal of some recessed brickwork in a small number of locations, very minor relocation of a small number of w... read more
