Proposal

Rear T1 Bay (Laurus nobilis) Reduce height by 2-2.5m - Prune lateral growth to blend with upper crown. Rear T2 Purple leaf Plum (Prunus cerasifera 'Nigra') Reduce height by 1-1.5m to match the height of T1. Rear T3 Loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) Fell and grub out as dead. Rear(LHS) T4 Yew Common (Taxus baccata) Hard trim by 0.75 - 1m all round to form a tight rounded shape. Rear (RHS) T5 Holly (Ilex aquifolium) Strictly prune back to the fence line. Front T6 California Lilac (Ceanothus spp) Reduce the height by 1-1.5m Reduce the lower tier lateral growth by 1m and remove any deadwood Front T7 Fatsia japonica Remove the overlong stems and any stems growing into next door. Front T8 Palm Remove all the old dead stems from the trunk and raise crown to balance.
