Installation of 3rd wire conductor to overhead network between HV poles 617607 and 617608. Replace steelwork on poles to allow for 3rd wire install. Replace single phase transformer on pole with three phase transformer, and replace fuses and earthing cable. Install an LV underground cable from pole 617608 to landowner kiosk.
