Alterations to elevations approved under ST/109/03 (conversion of building into 1 dwelling) and variation of Condition 10 of planning permission ST/109/03 from "No development shall take place until the adjoining buildings shall cease to be used for any purpose and shall be demolished and all materials arising from such demolition removed from the site" to "The buildings as converted shall not be occupied until the adjoining buildings have ceased to be used for any purpose and shall be demolished and all materials arising from such demolition shall have been removed from site". Also, Condition 13 of ST/109/03 from "The finished floor levels of the development hereby approved shall be set at 4.7 metres above Ordnance Datum at all times" to "No door or window opening in the external walls shall have a cill or threshold level lower than 4.7 metres at any time".
