Proposal
T1 - Mulberry Tree: This tree is growing to the south with the canopy extending over the garden area of 25 The Close by 4.5 m with an overall canopy spread to this aspect of approximately 6.5 m. The tree is causing a nuisance to 25 The Close as it prevents proper use of the garden area. This is through the physical presence of the canopy and dropped fruit which is making a footpath slippery and unsafe to use and staining the footpath surface. To help alleviate the nuisance it is proposed to reduce the canopy by 2.0-2.5 m by undertaking the following tree works to the southern aspect. Remove: - 1 x 25 mm diameter stem - 1 x 30 mm diameter stem - 1 x 40 mm diameter stem - 1 x 50 mm diameter stem - 1 x 175 mm diameter stem. This will leave a canopy spread to the southern aspect of approximately 4.0-4.5 m and 2.0-2.5 m over the garden area of 25 The Close. The footpath would then be outside the canopy spread of the tree. All works would be undertaken to BS 3998:2010 `Tree Work: Recommendations'. The tree would be left with a natural and flowing form.

A1: x3 large ash tree in the grounds of the church yard, the three trees are at the rear gardens of 85 and 89 Blanche lane. The trees are approximately 70 ft high, there is no plan to reduce the height of the trees they would like the lateral overhanging branches reduced by approximetley 2-3 meters in length cut back to suitable growth points, still leaving a good 2-3 meters of the lateral branches in place. Due to the trees location within the churchyard it would be far easier to view them from numbers 89 and 85 Blanche Lane because of the dense undergrowth (number 85 has a side access to the left of the property for access)
