All works undertaken in accordance with BS3998 guidelines. T2 - Norway Maple Height - 19m Average crown spread - 5m Proposed Works: Reduce the tree by 0.5m to leave a final height of 18.5m and a spread of 4.5m. All works undertaken in accordance with BS3998 guidelines. Reason for proposed works: T1 and T2 are located on the northern boundary, approximately 5m from the neighbouring property and are considered to be a contributing factor to the shading of windows. A crown reduction of up to 0.5, will provide a modest improvement in light penetration while retaining the principal framework of both crowns and minimising the wounding required.
