Tree: TPO/125/1987 Mature Cedar (Cedrus spp.) situated in the front garden of 52 Loom Lane, Radlett, protected by Tree Preservation Order. Proposed works: Fell the tree to ground level. Reason: The tree is in significant physiological decline, with a very sparse canopy and extensive needle loss. A tree surgeon has inspected the tree and advised that, in their professional opinion, the tree appears to be dying. A written report will be provided in support of this application.
