Additional Information in Support of Application: The two trees in question have grown significantly over time and are now causing multiple issues that impact the safety, accessibility, and quality of life at the property: Overgrown Structure: The trees have outgrown the available space, extending branches and roots beyond reasonable limits, which is not only unsightly but also creates an overbearing presence. Obstruction of Light: The canopy of the trees is obstructing a significant amount of natural light from entering the property, particularly affecting rooms facing the trees. This lack of light reduces the livability and comfort inside the house. Access and Safety Concerns: The overgrowth is hindering safe access in and out of the driveway. The branches and roots are encroaching onto the driveway area, making it difficult to manoeuvre vehicles safely.
