  T1 - Mulberry Tree: This tree is growing to the south with the canopy extending over the garden area of 25 The Close by 4.5 m with an overall canopy spread to this aspect of approximately 6.5 m. The tree is causing a nuisance to 25 The Close as it prevents proper use of the garden area.
