    All trees are located in the rear garden of 17 Oakroyd Avenue. T1 - Maple tree to be crown reduce by 2m on the height and 1.5m on the sides. Their removal is proposed to improve light levels, open up the garden and allow the area to be more effectively managed and landscaped. Importantly, T1 and T2 are to be retained. At present, these trees are situated immediately behind the dense conifer group and are subject to competition for light and growing space. Removal of the 7 Conifers will substantially reduce this competition.
