1 x Field Maple - proposed works to reduce crown by 50% (as seen annexed at report) to return tree to being structurally sound. The necessity for crown reduction arises from the trunk having forked/bifurcated many years ago with the result that the weight of the spread crown pulls the crown apart rendering the tree to be unsound. Crown reduction and subsequent maintenance will enable the tree to be reclassified as sound with the result that insurance can beobtained and there is no further risk to persons using the estate road/pavement nor to occupiers of the dwelling.
