Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed:Excavations or Deposits of Waste Material reasonably necessary for thepurposes of Agriculture - excavation of existing wet land area to provide scrape style pond area fed by spring outfall, up-hill to the north west which will provide livestock drinking and water attenuation. The spoil from the excavation will be relocated up-hill of the pond area to create earth bunds which will catch additional spring outfall as well as surface water to alleviate surface erosion and improve vegetative cover, increasing grass yields.
