Willow tree planted in rear garden of 24 Nelson Street, in a tight corner of fence. Next to an alleyway and near a car park. Tree is blocking alleyway, breaking fencing, touching cars in the car park, lifting the path. The crown of the tree has a lot of rot in it and many of the main branches are snapping through. Risk to people and pets down the alley and potential damage to vehicles in the car park. Tree has outgrown the area it is planted in. Suggest removal of the tree as it is in poor condition.

Due to historic limb failures the trees crown is out of balance with large limbs overextended, reduce the overextended limbs by removing 2-3 metres of growth to a suitable growth point, remove major deadwood and limbs with hazard prone characteristics, thin canopy by approximately 10% to reduce sailarea and minimise risk of future limb loss.
