Planning application

Castle House Eardisley Hereford Herefordshire HR3 6NT

Decided Herefordshire, County of P230689/K Works to Trees in a Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.

Proposal

Ts 1, 2 and 3 are mature Oak trees. Two of the trees are apparently inpoor health and have visibly declining canopy. Pollard all three treesto approx 50% in height to mitigate risk to adjacent lane and play park and to begin the process of retrenchment whilst maintaining a sound structure and canopy. T4 is a young Oak stem leaning out over lane. It has been forced to grow away from the dense woodland behind and is completely over lane and park land adjacent. Applicant proposesto fell as it is a poor specimen and will eventually fail towards the lane and park
