Proposal

Tree Group 1 (TG1) Group of about 3-4 Leylandii Cypress trees that have grown over the boundary and are causes of excessive shading and nearly in contact with the roof. Reduce these back to the property line as far as possible while not cutting into brown where future regeneration is not possible. Remove about 8-10 feet off the side and reduce the height by 12-15 feet given the applicants bungalow is not exposed to view from their house. Tree 1 (T1) Sycamore - Crown raise this tree giving more clearance and light over the clients garden. About 10 feet. Tree 2 (T2) Apple - Crown raise this tree giving more clearance and light over the clients garden. About 10 feet.
