Proposal

T1 - twin-stemmed Cypress situated on right hand side of rear garden on neighbouring boundary to the south, carefully fell in sections to fence height. Reason - ingrown bark at fork, weak union, potential poor long term form. T2 - Willow, fell to as near ground level as possible and treat resultant stump to prevent re-growth. Reason - poorposition.
