Converting the ground floor of another section of the barns into a self contained one bedroom flat. New separate driveway off the lane with parking for six vehicles and anew pathway to the cottages. To include change of use from the existing cottage and barns to holiday lets and change of use of agricultural land and land which is currently within the residential curtilage to become land associated with the holiday lets.
