Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Decided. The decision notice on the council portal carries the outcome in full, including any conditions.
Proposal
T1. Betula pendula (Silver Birch)- This tree is in reasonable health but is growing too close to the boundary wall and cracking it. It is also very close to the clients house and the neighbouring property. The owner wishes to remove it and replant with a Betula utilis jacquemontii, on the front lawn, in addition to all the trees and shrubs they have planted already.
