    Oak tree - undertake a crown reduction approx 30% to reduce its height/spread which is currently listing heavily towards the adjacent bungalow, in doing so it will reduce exposure to storm damage. Silver Birch - requires a third reduction of it crown as exposed to the wind in its elevated position above the bungalow.
