Remove one third of multiple regrowth to reduce leverage and weight. Large stem extending east over garden, reduce inheight by approximately 3 m to a suitable live point, removing top section at approximately 10 m. Thin remaining growth from previous cut points by one third to reduce overall leverage and weight. Remove two low branches extending over lawn to the east and one towards property to balance canopy. Reason - please see attached report.
