    5 DAY NOTICE on Dangerous Lime Tree. Tree is dying, with evidence of large high branches drying out losing bark, and dropping the branches up to 2 meters in length on his property. This tree is within 10 meters of his house and has large boughs towering over the house roof.The tree sways considerably even in light winds. Therefore, he is extremely concerned about the boughs and the tree falling, which couldcause serious damage to his property. The main concern is the strong possibility of injury that could be fatal to anyone in close proximity.
