What happens at appeal
The process from here
This application is at appeal, which passes the decision from the council to the national planning inspectorate, or in Scotland usually to a local review body first. The appeal considers the scheme afresh against the same policies.
Anyone who commented on the original application is normally notified and can comment again within the appeal deadline. Appeal decisions take months rather than weeks, and the outcome replaces the council's decision.
About full applications applications
How this application type works
A full application seeks permission for a complete, detailed proposal in one go: siting, design, access and landscaping are all fixed at this stage. It is the standard route for new buildings, conversions and changes of use. The statutory target is eight weeks for smaller schemes and thirteen weeks for major development, though complex cases often take longer by agreement.

The Old Rectory Cradley Malvern Herefordshire WR13 5LQ
Proposed works to Lime (T8) and Lime (T9) - fell as they are causing the curved retaining wall at the South West corner of the boundary to lean out into the road. Once felled, the area will be landscaped to reduce the pressure on the wall, the damage to the wall will be repaired, and three new lime trees will be planted. An earlier application rejected the felling of these trees, but permitted the felling of a third lime (T10). Since then, the condition of the wall by trees T8 and T9 has continued to worsen, with the cracks continuingto propagate.

Walnut Tree House 3 Kings Orchard Upper Churchfields Cradley Malvern Herefordshire WR13 5LJ
The Variegated tree requires crown reduction as it is over shadowing aneighbours' property. Iit is around 9-10m tall and we want to reduce it by 2-3 meters. The Birch Tree requires pollarding and height reduction as it is now approximately 20m high and requires suitable height reduction for the tree canopy, it currently overshadows the annex and sitting room window of the house, also interfering with the telecoms cabling.

1 Brookside Cradley Malvern Herefordshire WR13 5LE
Oak tree (T1) - Advised reduction pruning to reduce domination of Bulls Head Cottage (adjacent property), and to restore a more balancedcrown. Works to include: removal of two bottom limbs over Bulls Head Cottage; reduction of south, west and east sides by 4m.; reduction of height by 4m. Concerned that the unbalanced shape of the tree could lead to it falling, or shedding heavy limbs causing serious damage to Bulls Head Cottage building and occupants; also a footpath used by members of the public passes directly beneath the tree canopy and thisconstitutes another cause for our concern of safety of others.
