Tree is dead / dying and branches are falling off.Hence it needs to be removed otherwise it can be dangerous to the property or to the properties of my neighbours as well as dangerous or fatal to the people in the area due to unexpected fall of the dead branches or the willow tree . Two tree surgeon have come and certified that this tree is dead and dangerous and need to be taken out . 1. Cobby Tree Service : Phone no .: +44 7833 272061 2. Jack Lawrence Smith : Tree Surgeon : +44 7885 814140 The Willow tree needs to be taken down completely to the ground !!! I hope this certifies that the tree is dead and needs to be removed asap.
