Raise low branches of entire group over the road to 5m. Remove deadwood on road side only. Sever ivy to preserve tree vitality and remove all diseased, dead and dying stems in falling distance of the road - Group consists of poplar, hawthorn, sycamore, horse chestnut and ivy. Mature poplar stem diameter range from 700-900mm, height range from 14-16m. Crown spread is 9-11m radius, poplar stem count is two . Other group members range from 150-300mm in stem diameter, 1.5-5m in height and stem count estimated. Poplar has a weak timber character and likely to fail from weight loading and weather conditions.
