Planning application

54 Crossways Romford RM2 6AL

Granted Havering T0071.24 Trees

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

We have a conifer tree close to our front border which has very little growth on the kerbside due to it's close proximity to a large London plane tree on the same kerbside. It is in an unhealthy state and hence we require its removal. The tree does not have a TPO.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
