Historic Soil level change due to construction works and damage to most stems from plant works. T1 Goat willow Major decline in canopy, included bark present at base along with historic wound which is housing major decay. Suggested works - Remove major deadwood throughout whole crown area (Deadwood > 25mm in diameter) and reduce large dead limb to 1.2m from ground level.
