I'm pretty sure the cherry isn't protected but I have added it anyway. Please confirm either way. T30 Oak Cut back from outbuilding by 1.5m due to branches rubbing on building. TPO No, T29 T40 Cherry Fell to 1/1.5m from ground level and remove all arisings. Due to tree report stating the following - Wound resulting from historic failure at 1.5m vertical crack extending down to 1m. exposed structural root to the west with hstorical damage. Fungal fruiting body attached to the stem to the east, visually identified to most resemble Ganoderma sp. This tree doesn't seem to be included in your on line TPO map but is next to T64 1 T55 Goat willow (Standing dead small tree on edge of G52) Fell as close to ground level as possible. This tree is one the edge of G52 so maybe part of this group

The process from here
Permission has been granted, usually subject to conditions listed on the decision notice, some of which must be discharged before work starts. The decision notice on the council portal sets out exactly what was approved.
Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses. Neighbours cannot appeal a grant; challenging one means judicial review of how the decision was made, within tight time limits.
About trees applications
How this application type works
Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.

T1 - Sycamore Tree, The tree contains major dead branches and limbs and there fore needs a pollard back down to live wood, 6.1 meters which would give the tree a chance to promote new healthy growth so that the tree can re generate. If this dead limbs are not taken out they run the risk of failing and braking off and causing damage to neighbouring properties out buildings.
