The Orchard Hacton Lane Hornchurch RM14 2YE
The tree roots from the 2no. identified Leylandi trees in drawings "1. Aerial photograph with plan location of specified trees" marked with yellow circles with a red ring around them and marked as 1 & 2. The root system of these 2no. trees has been allowed to grow unchecked over many years and this has resulted in the disturbance of the ground and fence posts in this area. One of these trees appears to have also damaged part of a tarmac driveway within the adjacent neighbour's property, although as yet no investigative report has been providing by the neighbour to demonstrate that this is indeed the cause. I am looking to trim back the roots of the specified trees to the fence line to avoid further damage.

The Sorrells 161b Hacton Lane Upminster RM14 2YE
There is an oak tree, a no of Sycamores and a beech hedge/ trees in our neighbours property (The Sorrells 161b Hacton Lane) which overhang our property.. I would like to prune the branches of these trees back as they are overhanging my greenhouse in particular blocking the light significantly to the greenhouse and vegetable patch.

A1 Copper beech tree (photos 1-4) Request for removal as soon as possible as the tree has died. The tree has signs of fungal infection affecting roots and disease to bark. This is a very large tree which is on the driveway to 161B, only access to property is to pass under the tree. It also overhangs neighbours property at The Orchard 160 Hacton Lane. The roots are located under concrete/gravel driveway. Any fall of the tree or branches from it could cause significant damage to people or property. Any required replacement tree would be potentially located as shown on the plan attached in an established bed rather than into the driveway. A2 Oak (photos 5-7) Removal of damaged limb which overhangs neighbours garage (photos attached nos 5-7). Lift crown to clear buildings by 1m. Reduce crown to maintain lateral crown spread to a size appropriate for the position of the tree and reduce encroachment onto property. A5 Sycamore (photos 8-9) Bifurcation of trunk of this tree has produced one limb that is now creaking badly. This limb overhangs a road way and neighbours property at 4 Hacton House. Removal of limb required to prevent damage to persons and property. A3/A4 Conifer, A6 Horse Chestnut, A7-A12 Sycamores (photo 10) Cut back branches to reduce encroachment onto and potential damage to property. Reduce crown to maintain spread to a size appropriate to the position of the trees and reduce further encroachment onto property. Row/group of small beech trees (shown on plan and photo 11). Crown reduction required and trimming to correct the severe imbalance caused by trimming on road side only carried out by neighbours under previous planning permission T0037.24. Also removal of a number of dead branches.
