New render coat directly applied to existing brickwork at first floor level in off-white colour. Same off-white colour to be applied to the existing render panels. New aluminum brise soleil to the south and west elevations. New marshalls deterrent paving to north and west elevations to provide pedestrian collision protection when windows in the open position.
