Installation of 2x conservation skylights into the rear lean-to roof extension. Excavate along the southern perimeter walls of the property and installation of a ground drain. Internal works to kitchen including raising the existing timber floor and install joist insulation. Remove the existing concrete floor and excavate 300mm of soil to install a new insulated slab and floor finish. Demolish the recently added internal partition walls, toilet and shower room. New walls are proposed to create an improved kitchen space, utility area, storage and bathroom
