Proposal

Removal of existing metal roof covering and replacement with Tata steel Trisomet roof panels and Filon GRP Double skin rooflights. Concrete gutters are to be lined with a WeatherFAST system. Painted timber framed windows are to be replaced with new PVCu windows. Taking into account the height of the existing and proposed coverings, the roof will be raised by circa 175mm.
