Thin remaining canopy by 20%. To maintain canopy in a manner which appears good aesthetically, whilst mitigating development of excessive size in relation to the trees location. Birch 2 - Rear boundary of property. This tree is dying with seriously greying with disfigured growths on the trunk (with very limited signs of flowering at all) and is causing a decaying and growing spread on the ground surface of approximately 12 square metres. Remove to ground level to prevent further damage to surface and surrounding area. Replant with appropriate species circa 3.5-4 metres to the left of original position.
