Oak Tree Remove any storm damage back to the nearest healthy growth point Clean out canopy and remove any major deadwood, rubbing and crossing branches whilst maintaining balance of tree shape Prune the branches that extend towards the house at 9 Brook Close, in order to give no more than 4.0meters clearance from the house, using branch tip reduction techniques only No removal of epicormic growth Above works are maintenance to tree, last performed in 2010 and in line with what was approved at that time Tree alongside canal overflow (last maintained in 2010, so broadly in line with that approval, albeit less off slower growing Yew and reduction in Holly adjacent to Oak Tree) Yew - reduce canopy spread by 1m and slight reduction in height Holly - reduce lateral spread by 2m and align heights to adjacent trees Hazels - reduce lateral spread by 2m and align heights to adjacent trees Holly (by Oak Tree) - reduce lateral spread by 2m and reduce height by 4m 3 Limes Remove any storm damage back to the nearest healthy growth point Clean out canopy and remove any major deadwood, rubbing and crossing branches whilst maintaining balance of tree shape Reduce canopy from fabric of property at 11 Aldershot Road to create clearance of 3 meters
