This tree is not marked on the Hart plan as having a TPO but I believe that it does have one. The reason for the work is that now you get hit in the face by the above smaller twig growth when the grass is mown and the single branch is obviously dead and hanging lower and lower. Please feel free to come and look at it.

Tree no. 2 - Mountain Ash - Fell Removal of this tree down to a stump as it has died. It has been dead for over 12 months now and shows absolutely no sign of life.
