Birch 2 - Rear boundary of property. This tree is dying with seriously greying with disfigured growths on the trunk (with very limited signs of flowering at all) and is causing a decaying and growing spread on the ground surface of approximately 12 square metres. Remove to ground level to prevent further damage to surface and surrounding area. Replant with appropriate species circa 3.5-4 metres to the left of original position. Lime tree - Roadside within property boundary. Re pollard as carried out previosly to continue management of canopy inline with existing strategy. Birch 3 - Front boundary of property. The underground roots are spreading which are starting to cause damage to both the driveway and eventually the footpath. The tree itself is disfigured and irregular in shaoe therefore remove to ground level to prevent further damage and to also increase light into property but also to replant with appropriate species within 1 metre of original position.
