T1 Oak. - remove lower branch and smaller twig growth hanging down. There is a lower branch which is rotten as marked with an arrow on the attached photograph. There is also some smaller twig growth which is now hanging down and need to be cut - this growth is that below the red line on the attached photograph. This tree is not marked on the Hart plan as having a TPO but I believe that it does have one. The reason for the work is that now you get hit in the face by the above smaller twig growth when the grass is mown and the single branch is obviously dead and hanging lower and lower. Please feel free to come and look at it.
