1)Small change to dimensions to bring them in line with brick and block sizes. Overall scale remains the same. Overall width has increased by 11.3cm and roof ridge height has increased by 25.5cm to achieve a 35 degree roof pitch for clay tiles. 2) Timber cladding to side elevations has been replaced by non-combustible limestone tiles - Building control request. 3)Integrated Solar panels added in line with Building Control SAP assessment and to look like part of the roof design. 1kW of panels required. 4)Velux window added to Master bedroom ensuite and the other 2 velux windows on roof ridge moved to bring light into stairwell. 5)Front elevation lounge window size reduced in width to standard window size. 6)Change to rear roof design as previous design was not structurally feasible. 7)2 Side windows to master bedroom (on The Bailey side) increased in depth and changed in style to match others. pursuant to 19/01730/FUL Erection of a detached 5 bedroom house following demolition of existing bungalow.
