T1 Ash - Fell T2 Ash - Fell T3 Ash - Fell T4 Silver Birch - Crown reducuction by up to 2 m Northcroft Court South Warnborough / Residents Courtyard / Parking T1 Ash T2 Ash (Twin Trunk) T3 Ash T4 Silver Birch Proposal: Arboricultural Specialist (Cedardale) confirmed that Ash Trees (T1 & T3) have early signs of Ash Dieback likely to spread to T2 in the future. We have already seen large branches fall off in the recent high winds. Recommended action would be to fell T1-T3 to prevent damage to parked cars and adjacent property. Silver Birch Tree (T4) will need pruning to clear impact and damage to Abbotsford. All work would be carried out by appointed contractor in line with quotations attached and subject to the necessary planning consent for the Conservation Area. No TPOs existing on any of the above trees.
