Demolition of side lobby/porch to kitchen and erection of a side open porch, part single storey part two storey, side/rear extension to replace existing single storey side/rear element. Replacement of rear single storey habitable space from converted garage and existing garage with new single storey habitable space and garage/workshop including side extension. Raising the eaves, ridge and chimney heights to accommodate new second storey with dormer windows, rooflights and flat roof lanterns. Removal of rear/side chimney to first floor level. Change two kitchen windows to one large window. Increase height of all first floor windows.
