Construction of a single storey infill extension to side,singe storey rear extension (orangery), replacement to all non- original uPVC windows and doors, , insertion of patio doors to ground floor rear opening and two rooflights to service wing, alterations to two windows to first floor front, demolition of existing garage, construction of a detached garage with habitable accommodation in the roofspace, a swimming pool with associated plant room and pool house. Replacement of the flooring in the existing Kitchen and Playroom. Reinstatement of the fireplaces and addition of a wood burner in the Snug, Master Bedroom, Lounge and Dining Room. Removal of the partition wall between the existing Kitchen and Playroom; Removal of pillar between the existing Kitchen and proposed western extension; Removal of the partition wall within the downstairs WC; Rehanging of internal doors to the existing Kitchen and Lounge; Removal of the partition walls in the southern Service Range; Removal of chimney stack in in the southern Service Range; Rehanging of the doors to the southern Service Range; Removal of parts of the wall in a bedroom on the first floor to create two door openings and an ensuite; Removal of the partition wall of the bathroom on the second floor to create an enlarged landing; Removal of some partition walling on the second floor to create a new door opening and ensuite; and Retention / reuse of traditional mouldings and surrounds.
