Oak T1 - Lift crown to give 3m clearance over garden and from dwelling. Remove epicormic growth on stem to 4m. Thin crown by 15%. Undertake a selective crown reduction of the stem leaning over the dwelling by up to 2m back to suitable growth points. Remove poorly attached deadwood. The work is to manage the trees size and risk of damage to dwelling from falling debris. Also to improve light to garden and conservatory
